MidMar Deluxe Hotel

Some of the staff were not honest. When I ordered room service, one of the staff forced me to order more than 40TL or he wouldn't order for me. Also, I felt the same guy inflated the taxi fee when I took the taxi to the airport.

Very pleasant staff, especially Ahmed the receptionist who was very helpful, and also the lady at the reception.The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to the Fuar Merkezi, with plenty of restaurants and also two mosques nearby.The room was decent and clean.

The room was quite small. The hotel in general is quite small.The housekeeping was average, with sometimes some parts of the room not cleaned, soap not refilled, or toilet paper not made available.The breakfast was modest with limited varieties and a bit repetitive. The staff at the restaurant weren’t very pleasant.

The staff were ultra friendly and supportive, especially Ahmad, Talha and Eran, Talha's smile and friendly face was very memorable.The welcome from Brbaros was sweet. The hotel was clean, the internet is surprisingly fast, i used is for video conferencing without a hiccup! The house keeping staff also were very good and very clean.

The waitresses at the restaurant were not friendly at all and sometimes rude, they start kicking you out while there is still 10 minutes or so left for breakfast time!The breakfast was average, but not bad at all.

Staff was amazing, Reception guys are just great!! Special thanks to Eyüp , Ahmed and the rest of them!!

Location and food

The Staff, speacially Barbaros at the lobby, great hospitality guy, I arrived very early (before check in) and he was kind, he understood that I was really tired with my flight and jet lag, and he did his best to arrange everything as soon as possible, always with an Smile and very gentle ?

For my work was very convenient because it was very near from the event venue, but a little far away from any turistic sites

Ahmad did an amazing job. He upgraded my room and was very friendly. Thank you so much.

Nothing!

Very bad hotel!

1.The room was not clean and bad smell in the hotel 2.Poor breakfast 3.Parking is on the main street and the hotel driver has scratch the rim on the car. At 1am the receptionist called to move the car from the parking spot, because the BIG BOSS is coming 4.The mosquе is near the hotel, so every morning at 6am i have had an alarm.

Good location, very close to the fair. Staff is very helpful, Ahmed and Talha advise us about good restaurants in nearby. Find them if you need some help.

Very polite courteous staff. Good restaurant on upper floor with beer and tasty burgers

Room and it’s shower are required for repairs

Location was convenient to the expo centre. staff were good in particular Ahmed at the front desk his english and his manner was perfect and he was very helpful and able to assist with all my queries.

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to Ahmed and Barabrouse, who helped me a lot. Also, the bellmen were amazing, helping all the time. The breakfast was amazing and diverse.

Great staff, Ahmed on reception was very nice and attentive, even offered an upgrade!

The hospitality of hotel personnel (special thanks to Ahmed) who welcomed us regardless of early arrival, which we did appreciate greatly after sleepless night and 10,5-hr bus trip. The room was cosy and clean, water and kettle to have a tea, all items in bathroom, the SPA free for guests as well as Ahmed’s attentiveness made our day and revived us. The breakfast was full and varied. It is served at 6th floor with nice view of city area and calm atmosphere. The restaurant staff members are also efficient and show warmth and care.

It is the best option if you have what to do in the area or planning your rest before going further by air (airport is 2 metro stations away), but if you want to attend the main sightseeing spots it takes time to get to the historic centre. However, municipal transport links are excellent (buses, metro).
